Founder
Ribosome Consulting was founded by Kristen Hall, a scientist in pharmaceutical research with professional experience across a variety of roles. Over time, Kristen's interests shifted from the laboratory to the operations, strategy, organizational development, and management/leadership realms. Kristen's educational background includes biology and psychology, and she is currently pursuing an MBA. She takes an integrated approach to solving complex problems without pointing fingers. Kristen finds people, organizational dynamics, operational excellence, and scientific discovery fascinating.
